Strong interest in equities markets and financial operations; prior internship or related experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with the ability to work with and analyze data.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
As part of the trade support team, you will:
Assist with post-trade activities, ensuring trades are accurately booked, monitored, and settled in a timely manner.
Learn to use Fidessa and other trading systems to help manage trade bookings, adjustments, and workflow processes.
Support both U.S. and international equity transactions, including ADR/ORD activity.
Participate in daily reconciliations, exception monitoring, and preparation of management reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless settlement.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing straight-through processing and settlement efficiency.
Assist in developing and maintaining reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking for management oversight.
Partner with colleagues to stay current with evolving regulatory and industry practices.
