As a Picker/Packer, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining warehouse organization and safety.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
Pay of $18 per hour Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional weekend shifts based on volume Paid company holidays What We're Looking For:
At least 6 months of warehouse experience Ability to lift 26-50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing, bending, standing) Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Strong time management and organizational skills Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime Reliable, adaptable, and safety-conscious What You'll Do as a Picker/Packer:
Select, scan, and pack merchandise based on customer orders Use smartphones or handheld devices for order fulfillment Inspect products for damage or defects Operate robotic, computerized, or automated picking/packing systems Maintain accurate product labeling and invoicing Receive and stock merchandise efficiently Reposition inventory based on demand and space availability Follow safety procedures and report hazards Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers) Assist with continuous improvement efforts Dispose of defective or excess stock properly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
