About the Role We're seeking an HR Senior Analyst with strong data analytics and visualization expertise to join a leading global organization's Talent Analytics team. In this role, you'll transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that shape strategic talent decisions, workforce planning, and HR programs. You'll collaborate closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to build dashboards, conduct predictive analyses, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities * Lead analytical projects supporting HR and workforce initiatives across the talent lifecycle * Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Alteryx to track KPIs and workforce trends * Conduct statistical and predictive analyses using tools such as R or Python * Extract and manage data using SQL and other analytics tools * Translate data into meaningful insights and 'tell the story' to senior HR and business leaders * Identify root causes behind workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations * Ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable data for strategic decision-making * Partner with analytics and data science teams to evolve reporting and predictive capabilities

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or talent analytics * Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI (dashboard development) Alteryx (data preparation/automation) SQL (data extraction and queries) R or Python (statistical modeling or analysis) * Proven ability to synthesize data and present clear, actionable insights to leadership * Experience working with large data sets in an enterprise environment * Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Preferred Experience * Background in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or People Analytics * Experience developing and tracking HR KPIs (turnover, retention, DEI metrics, etc.) * Knowledge of data governance and best practices
