Endoscopy Technician

At St. Luke's, our Endoscopy Technicians play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where your technical skills and attention to detail help ensure the best outcomes for every patient.
Schedule & Work Environment
Flex shift:
One shift every two weeks (Wednesday or Thursday)
On-call rotation:
One call shift every 15 weeks
Advanced scheduling:
Schedules provided 6 weeks in advance for improved work-life balance
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and sterilize endoscopy equipment to meet the highest standards of safety and infection control.
Assist with endoscopic procedures, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive patient experience.
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to provide seamless procedural support and excellent patient care.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required
Licenses/Certifications:
GI Technical Specialist (GTS)
certification through the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (SGNA)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Provider certification through the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
