Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Indiana state license required Certifications: BLS, CNMT or NMTCB required Must-Have: - Experience in adult and nuclear cardiology settings - Skills in gastric emptying, HIDA scan, Muga scan, 3 phase, whole body bone scan, liver imaging, perfusion, ventilation/perfusion, exercise/rest-multiple, pharmacological stress, and isolation precautions - Ability to start and maintain peripheral IVs - Knowledge in storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials Description: The position requires a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. The schedule consists of Monday to Friday shifts, which may vary from 5 AM to 9 AM. After-hours call is required with a rotating schedule for weekends. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working as part of a team. The role involves conducting various nuclear medicine procedures.
