Essential job duties and Responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain
web applications
using
ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core ,
C# ,
JavaScript/jQuery
and
CSS Build and support
Windows desktop applications
using
WinForms
or
WPF Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to accelerate development and improve maintainability Integrate applications with
SQL Server , and ERP systems as needed Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to gather software requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and office environments Maintain codebase, write documentation, and follow change control processes Support legacy systems while developing modern replacements as part of digital transformation Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience with
C#
and the
.NET Framework (.NET 4.x / .NET Core / .NET 6+) Proficiency in
ASP.NET MVC ,
HTML5 ,
CSS3 , and
JavaScript/jQuery Experience building and maintaining
Windows desktop applications
using
WinForms
or
WPF Solid understanding of
relational databases (SQL Server) , T-SQL, and stored procedures Familiarity with
industrial/manufacturing systems , including data collection or automation tools Experience using
AI-powered developer tools
(e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or integrating
ERP/MRP
systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, Infor) Familiarity with
REST APIs ,
web services , and
JSON/XML Knowledge of
source control systems
like Git or Perforce Basic knowledge of
networking ,
Windows Server , or
Active Directory
is a plus Self-starter, intuitive
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work well independently, as well as with others, in a team environment. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a good work ethic, demonstrate reliable and punctual work habits, demonstrate safety consciousness, and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
The Salary range for this position is $80 - 90k
