Assembler in Westborough, Massachusetts
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler supporting both assembly and material handling operations in production and product packaging. As an Assembler, you will use hand and power tools to perform assemblies on an assembly line, adhering to detailed work procedures to complete builds. Additionally, you will receive training in shipping and receiving, acquiring essential skills to support our warehouse and materials team. This role is responsible for inventory management and the distribution of materials to the production team.
Responsibilities
Perform robotics assembly and testing.
Execute material movement and data collection tasks.
Conduct manual assembly and component testing.
Perform visual inspections, inventory tracking, and reconciliation.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools for assembling and repairing large mechanical assemblies.
Strong dexterity for manual assembly tasks.
Use of basic power tools.
Ability to follow work instructions provided for each assembly job.
Ability to train and learn new duties, working.
Efficiently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and its tools, such as 5S principles and Kaizen.
Experience with manufacturing execution systems.
Ability to operate pallet jacks and any prior shipping experience.
Ability to read work instructions and experience with hand tools such as torque screwdrivers and drills.
Work Environment
Join us on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM in a collaborative and dynamic setting. You will be cross-trained across various tasks, helping you become a well-rounded and valued team member.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
