In this fast-paced role, you'll manage critical parts procurement, inventory planning, and supplier coordination to help keep aircraft operations running smoothly.
Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $50,000-$55,000 annually (depending on experience) Responsibilities
Plan, purchase, and manage materials to support production and service needs Source and negotiate with suppliers; manage contracts and performance Expedite urgent/AOG orders and resolve procurement issues Maintain accurate ERP records, inventory levels, and reports Process warranty claims and ensure vendor compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and aviation regulations Qualifications
HS diploma + 4 yrs experience
or
degree + 2 yrs experience Background in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain (aviation a plus) Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
