EDI Specialist We're looking for an experienced

EDI Specialist

to manage and optimize electronic data interchange (EDI) processes that drive efficient, accurate data exchange with our trading partners. This role plays a key part in configuring integrations, supporting onboarding efforts, and maintaining system reliability across a global trading network.

Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end EDI operations, including setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of transactions to ensure seamless data exchange. Develop, document, and maintain EDI standards, mappings, and workflows aligned with industry protocols (e.g., ANSI, X12, EDIFACT) and business needs. Serve as the technical liaison for EDI onboarding, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to define integration specifications and ensure successful implementations. Monitor and analyze EDI transaction flows (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices) to proactively identify and resolve data or compliance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service-to integrate EDI solutions with

ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP Commerce . Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues (e.g., mapping errors, transmission failures) to minimize disruption to business operations. Continuously evaluate and enhance EDI processes for automation, scalability, and data accuracy. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in EDI operations or integration management. Solid understanding of EDI standards and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, VANs). Familiarity with

ERP platforms, particularly NetSuite and SAP Commerce . Experience with integration technologies such as

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

or similar tools. Working knowledge of API technologies (REST, JSON, XML) and modern integration patterns. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams. Preferred Competencies

EDI Standards (EDIFACT, X12) Data Management & Analysis Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis SAP IDoc, XML, AS2, SFTP Work Environment

Hybrid/office-based position with standard business hours; occasional after-hours work to support system updates or urgent issues. Minimal travel as needed.
