Responsibilities Position is in an outpatient clinic setting Responsible for screening and diagnostic mammograms with a minimum expectation of 20 screenings per day Total daily caseload averages 55 patients Uses Siemens Revelations and Hologic Dimension mammography equipment Epic EMR is used; prior experience is preferred Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 5x8-hour shifts No weekends or on-call required Floating between East Cooper and West Ashley outpatient facilities may be required Autonomy, effective teamwork, strong communication skills, and a positive, flexible attitude are essential First-time travelers will be considered A 60-mile radius rule applies; locals may be considered at a lower rate Previous permanent or PRN staff must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed All time off requests must be submitted with application; approval is based on facility needs Scrub top must be any shade of pink or dark teal with black bottoms Orientation occurs on-site and includes pre-start online modules During hurricane season (June–November), travelers may be assigned emergency response duties Requirements Current ARRT (M) certification required BLS certification required (AHA only) SCRQSA (M) South Carolina state license required and must be in hand prior to start (license required if applicable) Minimum of 1 year of recent mammography tech experience Must be proficient in operating Siemens Revelations and Hologic Dimension equipment Ability to perform both screening and diagnostic mammograms Driver's License and SSN required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-582816.
