Overview

We are seeking driven, professional Service Specialist to join our team in a Legal Office Environment. The Service Specialist will play a key role in providing high-quality reproduction services, in reprographics, mail services, shipping and receiving, heavy computer projects and workflow processes. Ensure total customer service satisfaction through understanding of customer expectations, policies and procedures.

Location:

Downtown up to the East Valley

Compensation:

$17.00 - $17.00

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Copy/Print/Scan ocassionaly Conversion of excel spreadsheets Encrypt thumb drives for several sites Typing correspondence, copying, data entry, sending and receiving emails, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned Shipping & Receiving mail/scanning Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs to customers Qualifications

Qualifications:

Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Excel a plus Excellent Customer Service skills and be able to maintain a consistent high level of service to our customers Exceptional attention to detail Superb time management, prioritization, problem solving, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive work ethic Ability to work independently and in a team setting Ability to communicate technology issues clearly to manager and team. - Ability to respectfully listen to customer concerns, ease customer stress by assuring understanding
