Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,616 per week in Houston, TX

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Required certifications include Radiology Technologist ARRT, certification as a Radiology technician or Cardiovascular Technologist. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist (RCIS) credential preferred. Description: Candidates must be fully vaccinated; declinations are not accepted. Facility includes a Cath Lab suite and one Hybrid room with state-of-the-art equipment. A variety of Cardiovascular, IR, Vascular, EP, and Neuro procedures are performed. Procedures occur Monday through Friday during the hours specified. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work with diverse patients and procedures. Experience in Neuro/IR procedures is required, along with additional experience in Cath Lab, Vascular, and Electrophysiology procedures being desired. Rad Techs should have experience in scrubbing, panning, and circulating interventional procedures. Monitoring experience is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants should demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team. Candidates must stay calm under pressure and utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
