Join Our Team as an Orthopaedic Surgery - Sports Medicine Physician!

Are you passionate about sports medicine and dedicated to helping athletes recover from injuries? At Dignity Health Medical Group - Phoenix, we are looking for a skilled Orthopaedic Surgery - Sports Medicine Physician to provide specialized care for sports-related injuries. You will play a vital role in supporting high school and Division I collegiate athletes in the vibrant Phoenix area.

What You'll Do

As part of our multidisciplinary orthopedic team, you will:

  • Work from clinics located in Central, West, and East Valley Phoenix.
  • Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with a minimum of two clinic days each week.
  • Provide coverage for high school football games.
  • Support Grand Canyon University club sports and Division I teams.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • MD/DO degree
  • Fellowship Training and American Board Certification in Sports Medicine
  • Eligibility for an Arizona state medical license
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency program with current ABMS board certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in team sports; Division I collegiate experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to secure full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Quick decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations

Our robust Athletic Trainer team supports multiple schools, ensuring that we provide top-notch medical coverage and athletic trainer support across the Phoenix market.

Compensation

Pay Range: $235.58 - $336.00 per hour
