The Warehouse Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, and warehousing. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and accountability of all inventory processes and supports smooth warehouse operations. The supervisor will lead a team to conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain system accuracy. Day Shift, Monday-Thursday Must be flexible, some weekends required.

Key Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, and warehousing. Supervise and coordinate daily inventory control activities including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of stock. Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through effective procedures and systems. Assists with communication to

customers(internal/external),

vendors, and suppliers. Ensure proper documentation and data entry into the SAP Warehouse Management System. Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures. Hire, lead and train inventory control staff, providing direction and performance feedback. Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to resolve inventory issues. Assist with inventory reporting and provide metrics to management. Support physical inventory processes, including planning, execution, and reconciliation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that complies with safety and regulatory standards. Adheres to all health, food safety, HACCP, Allergen, sanitation standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Hold self and team accountable to policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of inventory control experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse operations, and supply chain management. Proficiency in SAP. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is a plus.
