Be the face of Rycor in Charlotte—owning in-home consultations, designs, and deals. Help clients transition to efficient, comfortable, modern HVAC solutions. Join a high-growth company with strong support and resources. What you’ll do
Deliver tailored sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Meet customers at their home or business for in-person consultations. Collect measurements and site photos; create design plans for proper heating and cooling, including BTU calculations and layout recommendations. Diagnose needs and propose solutions aligned to client goals and preferences. Negotiate pricing and terms; close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and delighted customers. Monitor market trends and competitor moves to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline reviews, and forecasts to management. Represent Rycor at industry events and trade shows to build awareness and pipeline. What you bring
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in an in-home, B2C environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust quickly. Negotiation prowess and a consistent record of closing. Self-motivated, results-focused, and disciplined; team-oriented when it counts. Competence in measuring and quoting, with HVAC knowledge (heating and air conditioning) and the ability to produce design layouts. Comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Background in customer service, outside sales, and business-to-consumer selling. Support, benefits, and rewards
