One of Insight Global's largest Chemical Services clients is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and a user-centered mindset. This role supports a homegrown iOS application used by field technicians-capturing service data, interacting with connected devices (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth traps), and enabling operational efficiency. You'll work closely with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define features, write requirements using Business-Driven Development (BDD), and lead initiatives from concept through delivery. This is a high-impact role requiring autonomy, collaboration, and a strong understanding of data flows and APIs.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience Level: 8-10 years as a Business Analyst Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data Knowledge of how API's are built and work Experience with IOS/Android/Mobile software Consumer/User centric experience Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to connected devices (e.g., Bluetooth/Wi-Fi traps) and IoT ecosystems. Prior involvement in governance, prioritization, or strategic portfolio management. Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes, even if not directly responsible.
