Work model:
On-Site 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do:
Enter and manage customer orders accurately using the ERP system Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns Prepare quotes, samples, and order details while coordinating closely with internal teams Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment that meets customer expectations Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive customer success and uncover new opportunities Maintain well-organized and precise records across ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office platforms What you will need to be successful: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or technical setting Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building strong relationships Highly organized with keen attention to detail and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is advantageous Benefits overview: Health, vision, and dental insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Joye Moore (319) 449-1200 or email Joye at jmoore@thepalmergroup.com.
