We are currently seeking a full- time Human Resources Administrator (HRA) to join our Corporate HR team.
The Human Resources Administrator
is
r esponsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks including new hire paperwork intake, data entry and electronic file maintenance, maintaining confidential personnel files and personnel action forms, assigned projects, ad hoc reporting. This role ensures smooth HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and field operations staff.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Ensure compliance with deadlines and processing schedules. Assist in new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, Completion of I9 documentation and system setup. Coordinate with payroll and ensure successful transfers. Assist in processing payroll data and ensuring accuracy. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR documents and employee information. Stakeholder Collaboration
Managing a portion of the HR Inbox, following up on submitted forms, managing daily PAF notifications. Follow up internally with each program to obtain pending new hire paperwork. Seek resolution to Payroll/HR issues promptly and in accordance with deadlines & processing schedule. Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions. Preforms other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Familiarity with Paycom a plus Proficiency with MS Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of working within a ticketing system (i.e. Fresh Service) a plus Payroll experience helpful 1-3 years of HR administrative experience or a related role. Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
