Overview Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (5 openings) Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) - LOCALS ONLY! 2 rounds (Second-round interview: In-person, 1.5–2 hours) About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer (Full-Stack) with strong understanding of Java Spring Boot, Angular, design patterns and system design Key Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular (TypeScript), and AWS. Build microservices and REST APIs with a focus on performance and scalability. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB). Implement observability and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. (Optional but preferred) Contribute to mobile development using React Native. Key Requirements 10 years of professional experience in software development. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular (TypeScript). Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AWS services (S3, IAM, KMS, SQS, SNS). Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of system observability and monitoring best practices. Experience in building cloud-native applications and scalable microservice architectures. React Native experience is a plus. Background in P&C insurance is a strong plus.
