Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-literate Data Entry Specialist to support our client's operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, possess strong customer interaction skills, and are committed to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth data flow and supporting internal teams with administrative and customer-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update customer and account data into internal systems.
- Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any incompatibilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and soft skills.
- Generate reports and perform backup operations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project documentation and workflow.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and report malfunctions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and soft customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Exposure to telecom or technical environments is a plus.
