Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Analyst:
• Serve as an integral part of our client's Business Configuration team, focusing on the setup and structure of benefit plans for managed vision care clients.
• Utilize your expertise in the Facets system to configure a variety of managed vision care products, employing both automated and manual methods.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of product configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system processes and resolve configuration challenges.
• Support management with training initiatives, special projects, and act as a subject matter expert for configuration requests.
Required Skills for Data Analyst:
• Over 5 years of experience with core claims administration systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in writing SQL queries and data analysis.
• Proven ability to configure managed vision care products using both automated and manual methods.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and claim adjudication processes.
• Experience with the Facets platform is highly desirable.
