Overview Business Solutions Manager – Sales & Recruiting in Pleasanton, California. The role focuses on driving business development and recruitment efforts for Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Company, through end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle activities with clients and prospects in a largely virtual environment. Responsibilities Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Pleasanton, California area. Promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects using a combination of video and in-person meetings. Leverage end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to build client relationships and grow new business opportunities. What We Look For (Qualifications) Residence in the greater Pleasanton, California area. Experience in business development and outbound sales environments. Strong business acumen and customer service skills. Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities. Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful. Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with company values. Belonging-focused mindset and ability to thrive in an inclusive environment. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment (preferred). Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience.
