We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a year-long locum tenens assignment in Kansas, starting on Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity offers flexible per diem scheduling with 6-8 hour home visits, beginning at 9am, and one shift per day based on patient and provider availability. Responsibilities and Duties Travel to patients' homes to monitor vital signs for 6-8 hours following the patient's first dose of medication Take and monitor patient vitals throughout the assessment period Operate an EKG machine or demonstrate willingness to gain proficiency Ensure thorough documentation of assessments and patient responses Coordinate with the care team as needed to support patient safety

Additional Information Active Kansas and Missouri nurse practitioner licenses required Experience in taking and monitoring vitals is necessary Must be comfortable with EKG machines or willing to receive relevant training Year-long contract, with appointments scheduled upon completion of credentialing and training (approximately one month from assignment approval)
