Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across global teams
Drive capacity planning and contribute to long-term team development strategies
Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing programs with business objectives
Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation and risk mitigation
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and interpret this for the content production team
Troubleshoot stalled projects; identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Champion integration of AVEVA values and brand purpose into marketing initiatives
Maintain and update the content project management system
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in Marketing with 3+ years focusing on project management (experience with technology companies preferred)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Organized and a growth mindset
