Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel: X-Ray Technologist Location: Glens Falls, NY Start Date: 12/1/2025 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 40 hours guaranteed Weekend: Every 4th weekend On Call: None Position Overview The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic imaging services to patients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. This role may include performing imaging in the operating room as needed. The technologist ensures high-quality patient care, maintains safety standards, and accurately documents procedures in the EMR. Essential Duties Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital policy. Operate and maintain all assigned X-Ray equipment. Assist in operating room imaging procedures as required. Provide patient education, comfort, and safety during imaging procedures. Maintain accurate records and document procedures in EPIC. Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols.
