The team represents employers in disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, and harassment claims. They are equally skilled in defending wage and hour class actions, trade secret and unfair competition matters, and guiding clients through compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws. We are seeking an associate with 3–4 years of experience in employment law to join the Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco. Applicants interested in the Santa Monica office will also be considered.
Key Qualifications:
California Bar membership required
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior labor law experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Represent employers in litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and disability accommodation cases
Defend wage and hour class actions and employee unfair competition/trade secret disputes
Advise clients on compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws
Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on complex litigation and preventive counseling matters
