Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership team members on the status and impact of Sourcing Operations initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead and execute comprehensive data analytics initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing data analytic tools withing the Sourcing Operations Team.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management, data analytics and process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• U.S. Citizens only
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
• Background in supplier or vendor management systems
• Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools
• Experience in training delivery or change management
