Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk and administrative support to healthcare providers and staff.
- Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, and manage electronic medical records using Epic.
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy in person and over the phone.
- Handle high call volumes, respond to patient inquiries, and de-escalate concerns when needed.
- Perform accurate insurance verifications and update patient billing information.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all HIP nd clinic policies.
- Epic experience is required.
- Strong background in adult primary care with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required.
- Proficiency in computer use, typing, and managing electronic records.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently after training and follow clinical protocols.
