• Manage all on-site construction activities for mixed commercial projects in the Atlanta area.
\n
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
\n
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
\n
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address delays or issues.
\n
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and plans.
\n
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
\n
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and inspections.
\n
• Work closely with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate cost control and resource allocation.
\n

• 5+ years of superintendent or construction management experience, preferably in mixed commercial projects (retail, office, light industrial, tenant improvements, etc.).
\n
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
\n
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
\n
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and digital reporting.
\n
• Local experience in the Atlanta market strongly preferred.
\n
