Job Description

Packaging General Labor 3rd Shift role at Saputo Inc.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Perform all jobs included in the Brine room and in the General packaging room on Phase I, Phase II and the Box Maker areas. Jobs include: Brine In, Brine Out, singulator, loading bulk totes, working at the RapidPak, sealer, in loader (liners), boxer, box maker and break relief.
• Initiate rotation on packaging line every hour.
• Manage associates break schedule in timely manner.
• Regularly rotating position through department from Brine In, Brine Out, Singulating, Rapid Pack, Bulking, Boxing, In-loading and Sealing and Break Relief duties.
• CIP and cleanup of the Packaging room, Pump room, Brine room and equipment is required.
• Must work safely and work as a team member of the department.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….

• This position will also be considered for the Cheese Packaging Break Reliefs as applicants may be placed into such a position.
• Based on schedule openings, employees will be asked to change positions on an as needed basis.
• Work safely and effectively handling Cheese starting at the brine in process and through the entire process of Phase I and Phase II areas.

Pay Range: $25.54 - $30.14
