Overview
Caregiver / CNA / HHA - ALL SHIFTS - Urgently Hiring. Part Time (Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday). Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience). Location: IVY PARK AT LA JOLLA, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Care Provider Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance and daily care to residents to enhance independence and quality of life, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s service plan, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Communicate any observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition to a supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB tests)
- Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines
