Position: Resident Care Partner
As a Resident Care Partner, you'll be more than just a caregiver – you'll be a friend and family member to our residents. You'll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing general housekeeping duties to keep residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.
- Planning and engaging in leisure activities to foster socialization and friendship among residents.
- Assisting the Dining Services Department with related tasks.
- Providing assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent, with experience in a similar facility.
- Valid First Aid Certification (may be required by state).
- Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification or similar, as per state requirements, including successful completion of exams or skills evaluations.
- Willingness to meet continuing education requirements and maintain necessary licenses.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
