Overview

The Care Provider, within The Carlotta from Oakmont Management Group, provides personal assistance and daily care to residents to enhance independence and quality of life, in alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s service and care plan, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests
• May be required to vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE per regulatory guidelines

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
