Senior Product Manager, Data at HackerOne. Remote Location: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC. This is a hands-on, mission-driven product management role focused on leading the development of platform data capabilities to deliver customer value from aggregated data. Lead HackerOne data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with Design & Engineering to bring unique security insights to customers from HackerOne’s vulnerability datasets. Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to identify customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate data capabilities. Refine and mature existing platform data capabilities (Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations). Develop expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to create product experiences that customers and researchers love, including applying AI across LLM and ML. Advocate the value of HackerOne’s data-powered security insights externally and internally via customer/prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events. Stay informed on industry trends, AI capabilities, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and market leadership. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies. Experience shaping and driving AI adoption and strategy by re-architecting systems and processes to embed AI into product design and operation. Proven track record of developing products/platforms in high-growth environments with cross-functional leadership across R&D and GTM functions. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and building consensus. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or related fields; MBA or data science Master’s degree is a plus. Direct product management experience in cybersecurity areas such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, and application security. Domain experience with security research/hacking, red teaming, penetration testing, and/or bug bounty programs. Experience delivering value from data, particularly with AI (LLM/ML), and in cloud or managed services environments. Experience leading multi-product platformization initiatives. Compensation
