Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Day shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Med/Surg Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional nursing care.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care for individuals in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience PRIOR to travel.
Current and active Ohio RN license or compact state license.
AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
