Senior Product Manager, Uber Reserve role at Uber. Uber is broadening its offerings with reservation-based services and is looking for a Senior PM to lead Rider pricing products and the rider experiences that support them. Responsibilities

Own the vision and strategy for evolving Rider pricing technology and the rider experiences to support it, driving greater optimality, efficiency, and reliability. Build both behind-the-scenes pricing capabilities and front-end consumer experiences that meet critical customer needs and maximize the marketplace value to advance business goals. Drive actions across the following areas: Trip Growth — drive topline growth for Reserve and develop Rider pricing strategy; Reliability — improve reservation reliability; Extensibility — design a scalable platform for new mobility use cases; Efficiency — provide affordable prices for riders while maintaining attractive earnings for drivers. Track success with well-designed experiments and translate results into measurable impact on top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. Communicate vision, prioritization, progress, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional partners to maintain momentum. What The Candidate Will Do

Define product specs and launch plans for new features, ensuring business impact, operational feasibility, and technical clarity. Own end-to-end delivery of experiments and features—from defining success metrics to collaborating with Engineering during sprints, testing before launch, and reporting post-launch learnings. Represent rider and driver needs in defining winning product strategy to drive business and user impact. Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including Reserve leadership and Ops teams, to ensure alignment. Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of PM experience delivering successful technology products Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field Strong design instincts and product taste with experience leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects Ability to structure and clarify a v1 product by translating customer and partner feedback into short-term actions and long-term plans Demonstrated analytical capability across quantitative and qualitative results that translates problems into user requirements shaping a 12-24 month roadmap Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions Customer empathy and commitment to positive user experience History of building healthy cross-functional relationships and focusing on team outcomes Ability to advise and evaluate engineering decisions Bias toward action, collaboration, and delivering with clarity Grit and hands-on problem-solving approach Proven track record of growing and scaling a product Strong written and verbal communication skills Academic background in computer science, data science, human-computer interaction, statistics, economics, business, or engineering Proven ability to collaborate across teams and align with company strategy Exceptional communication skills with leadership and stakeholders Employment and Location

For New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA: base salary range USD 190,000 per year to USD 211,000 per year.
