We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our 190+ guest room full-service hotel in Culver City, CA. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader with full-service brand experience—Marriott background strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full hotel operation, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction. Serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel. Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives. Lead and mentor department heads, cultivating a collaborative and empowered team environment. Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns. Maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives. Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements. Guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed. Required Skills, Experience And Knowledge

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a full-service branded hotel (GM or Executive Committee level). Marriott brand experience highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale operations (200+ rooms), with strength in F&B, group business, and guest experience. Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to achieve performance targets. Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred. What We Offer
