is a critical executive leadership role responsible for shaping, executing, and monitoring the organization’s partnership and growth strategies. This individual will drive collaboration across internal teams and work extensively with external stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and performance of business development initiatives. By blending strategic vision, operational excellence, and relationship-building expertise, the Senior Vice President will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s competitive position and unlocking new opportunities for value creation. Responsibilities

Develop and implement overarching partnership strategies that align with the company\'s overall business objectives and market positioning. Research and identify potential partners whose goals and products complement the company\'s offerings, assessing the mutual benefit and value creation of each opportunity. Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, acting as a primary point of contact. Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, contracts, and terms of engagement, ensuring they favor long-term success and mutual interests. Work closely with internal teams as a thought partner on partnerships and to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on the performance and success of partnership initiatives using data to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and new partnership opportunities to inform strategic planning. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years leading high-performing teams in business development or strategic partnership roles, with demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable impact. Extensive experience in cultivating and managing relationships with external stakeholders, including demonstrated success in business development roles. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, evaluate partnership performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and industry best practices. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Proven track record of designing and executing partnership strategies that drive organizational growth. Ability to work effectively across internal teams and influence at all levels of the organization. AARP will not sponsor an employment visa for this position at this time. Additional Requirements
