The Role

This role will develop, execute and foster a collaborative business partnership between Amazon and the AllSaints Wholesale Team. You will work with internal cross functional teams to keep an up to date and accurate representation of inventory on the Amazon storefront. You will also act as the direct liaison to deliver sales, profit objectives, and maximize AllSaints' potential and presence on Amazon. You will be responsible for developing a long-term customer strategy enabling accelerated growth and a strong partnership with one of our key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Amazon, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, planning and operations) to ensure company compliance and success.
  • Resolve partner concerns and issues efficiently while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage key aspects of Vendor Central, ensuring smooth operations, profitability and visibility through catalog management, new item setup, family listing configurations (parent/child/twister), suspended listing recovery and chargeback analysis.
  • Ensure product details/listings are updated and compliant with Amazon's requirements and remain competitive with complete information.
  • Perform keyword research & competitor analysis (reverse ASIN lookup).
  • Incorporate high-traffic key terms in product titles, metadata, bullet points, A+ content, and image ALT text.
  • Maximize selling potential on Amazon by monitoring health and performance metrics, account setup, product listings creation and order management.
  • Manage and maintain Amazon store product import, imagery, pricing and inventory.
  • Monitor and report sales performance and inventory needs, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Analyze trends and current processes to provide actionable insights to improve the wholesale strategy and grow account revenue.
  • Upload and manage product content on the Amazon storefront, optimizing the customer journey for engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the brand design team to ensure all assets are delivered on time and optimized for Amazon storefront.

Qualifications

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management.
  • 1-3 years proven experience working with Amazon’s Vendor Central.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  • Experience in EDI systems and retail-specific ordering platforms.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Windows applications.
  • Experience in Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay Range & Location

Pay Range in West Hollywood, California
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00
There is also potential to elevate your earnings with our team commission scheme. Your hard work can translate into greater rewards.

Location

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
