Proactively anticipate needs and ensure service, amenities, and programming align with luxury expectations. Drive financial performance.

Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue management to maximize topline revenue, control expenses, and achieve or exceed budgeted results. Elevate dining & events.

What Makes You Successful Experience & Education 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, ideally in an upper-upscale or luxury environment Proven ability to oversee dynamic F&B operations—including signature restaurants, banquets, and high-profile events—while balancing creativity, consistency, and profitability Sales and revenue management expertise strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Valid driver’s license Leadership & Communication Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic, solutions-driven approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems About First Hospitality Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Chicago,
