Job Summary Execute sales strategies that drive overall achievement of sales targets. Represent the division to the Medline sales force as product expert. Assist sales teams with: targeting, pitching the product line, in-servicing and supporting conversions, set up trials, conduct trials, conduct post-trial reviews and implementation.Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support local, regional, and national cadaver labs and training events—both live and virtual—for surgeons and sales representatives on the safe and effective use of Medline products Conduct product presentations and cadaveric demonstrations during surgeon visits to company headquarters Collaborate with residency and fellowship programs to support medical education initiatives, including cadaver labs and journal clubs Attend national, regional, and local conferences and industry events to support product exhibits and educate surgeon end-users Generate and track new surgeon sales leads; collaborate with sales agents and managers for follow-up and conversion Deliver compelling clinical and technical presentations that demonstrate how Medline products address customer needs and can be successfully integrated Support sales representatives by answering product questions, delivering in-depth demonstrations, and providing technical guidance via email, phone, or in-person visits Conduct in-services and technical training for clients; troubleshoot complaints and assist in diagnosing issues (e.g., educational gaps vs. product concerns) Serve as an internal product expert, contributing to the development of educational materials, technical presentations, and product strategy Foster relationships with key decision-makers and customer stakeholders to capture feedback and communicate customer needs to internal teams Required Experience: Education Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field. Work Experience At least 2 years of experience in Orthopedic foot & ankle or extremity sales/marketing operation room experience Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Demonstrated basic knowledge of products, customers and market needs Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations and business forecasting. Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated ability assessing and initiating actions independently. Demonstrated time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization. Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint). Position generally requires travel 50% - 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Environment includes office setting and medical facilities. Position may require non-traditional work hours during in-services (ex. weekends, multiple work shifts). The anticipated salary range for this position: $85,280.00 - $123,760.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
