Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Thruway Direct is seeking experienced and reliable delivery drivers to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ, for routes in partnership with Amazon. Drivers will operate large vans (Nissan 2500/Ford Transit) for daily deliveries. Qualified candidates will be hired immediately and will qualify for vacation and paid holidays.

Position Details:

• Part-time positions available, 2-3 days a week
• 10-hour guarantee per route
• Benefits including health, dental, and vision start on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
• Paid training, company trucks, paid fuel, and paid insurance

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pull a dolly carrying 100 lbs
• Teamwork skills
• Pass criminal background, MVR, and drug screening checks
• Availability to work weekends
• At least 21 years old
• Willing to wear uniform and navigate using a smartphone
• Able to enter and exit a company vehicle actively during shifts

• PTO eligibility after 90 days, with up to 8 days per year
