This Position reports to: Global Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
The National Account Manager for Amazon will focus on growth of the residential electrical product portfolio. The Amazon NAM will be responsible for driving growth, creating an engagement plan, and developing client relationships. This leader will work jointly with the electrification sales organization, supply chain, marketing and product management teams to expand share in the market. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of retail / online experience, cultivating and developing relationships, preferably with experience in online selling. This role requires the candidate to work independently and own all aspects of the account but also support the broader retail team when required.
This is a remote position. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings Division in the United States.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Identify product opportunities by analyzing industry data and collaborating across ABB teams and external partners.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth.
- Optimize Amazon operations by understanding its supply chain and promotional processes to enhance ABB efficiency and brand performance.
- Support product strategy through market feedback, competitive analysis, and coordination with Product Marketing and Management teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail / online sales.
- Must have previous retail experience and / or online sales experience.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze industry data and determine trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to collaborate easily and effectively both inside ABB and with the customer
- Travel required is 25% as needed

Base salary is determined by qualifications and experience, and this position is expected to pay between $79,800 and $127,680 annually and is bonus eligible.
