We are currently seeking a Sr. Channel Marketing Consultant in our Boston, Massachusetts or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office to lead channel marketing efforts and product launches for our suite of ETF products. In collaboration with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders, the Sr. Channel Marketing Consultant will leverage knowledge of ETF products and of the Registered Investment Advisor client segment to drive asset growth.

Duties: Lead the creation and revision of annual marketing plans for the sale of ETFs, focusing efforts on new product launches and driving asset growth with Registered Investment Advisors Coordinate the development and implementation of strategies, programs and tactics for various clients and sales channels Evaluate existing marketing programs and recommend changes for improvement. Participate in the development of new programs and ideas In collaboration with Sales Management and Product Management, prioritize marketing deliverables, ensuring that priorities and initiatives are in sync Participate in development of marketing campaigns and implement channel campaigns to expand market share and pursue growth targets with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights to inform decision making Work closely with product and corporate marketing teams to support brand and content development Participate in development and utilization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess marketing programs for specific clients based on KPIs. Generate new ideas for client optimization Stay current on market trends, industry standards and competitors Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
