Seeking Senior Process Technician with experience in plastic injection blow molding to supervise a team of mechanics, setup technicians and process operators. Oversee and supervise technicians setting up machines, adjusting dies and molds, cleaning equipment, adjusting machine settings, inspecting first-run parts, and breaking down equipment at the end of the product run. Responsible for: *** Reviewing production orders and processing schedules. *** Inspecting machines and tooling for defects or incorrect settings. *** Troubleshooting machinery. *** Identifying worn-out or broken tooling, dies and molds. *** Documenting, diagnosing, and resolving process problems. *** Training junior team members in advanced techniques and concepts.
