About The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to support our pediatric dental team. Whether you're experienced with children or just eager to learn the ropes of pediatric care, we’re looking for someone compassionate, coachable, and ready to grow.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Greet young patients and their families with warmth and reassurance
• Assist the dentist chairside during exams and treatments
• Take x-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos
• Maintain sterile and well-stocked treatment areas
• Educate families on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Accurately document care and keep up-to-date patient records
  
  

Qualifications

You will be required to possess the following:

• Active Washington RDA license (required)
• Minimum 6 months of dental assisting experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• A genuine interest in working with children (pediatric experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team player mindset
• Familiarity with dental terminology and software (training available)
