Part-Time Flooring Sales Representative
Location: Loma Linda, CA
Part-Time | Weekends may be required
$17-18/hour Base Pay + Commission
We’re a family-owned, woman-led flooring company with 15+ years of trusted service in Southern California looking for a motivated and personable Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team! An ideal candidate will be experienced with Retail Sales and Customer Service preferably within the flooring/home improvement industry.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
Provide expert advice on carpet, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood flooring options
Generate quotes, conduct field measures and close sales
Follow up with leads and referrals
Coordinate with installers and manage job timelines
Keep showroom clean and organized
Additional office related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
3+ years of sales or customer service experience required
Flooring or home improvement industry experience preferred
Must be friendly, proactive, and confident communicator
Basic math and computer skills (QFloors software experience is preferred)
Must be reliable, organized, detailed and team-oriented
