About Our Practice

We’re a growing, patient-focused dental practice in West Boca Raton, serving a diverse community of families, professionals, and self-employed individuals. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment and delivering top-quality care. Now, we’re looking for a Certified Dental Assistant fluent in English and Spanish to join our caring, professional practice.

Your Role

  • Chairside assisting for general dentistry, fillings, crowns, Invisalign.
  • Translate and explain treatment plans to Spanish-speaking patients.
  • Take and process digital X-rays.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness.
  • Chart in dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft or similar).
  • Assist with front desk or scheduling as needed.

Requirements

  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent (X-ray certified).
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 1+ years dental experience preferred (new grads welcome if confident chairside).
  • Friendly, reliable, and patient-focused.
  • Able to work well with both the clinical and admin teams.
