Responsibilities

  • The overnight manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers, maintains the restaurant’s safety and security overnight, and is available overnight hours (11pm-7am and on weekends) to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • The overnight manager performs a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, monitoring safety and security, and profitability, and communicating with the next (breakfast) Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
  • The overnight manager is responsible for meeting targets during their shift and for completing delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals.
  • As an Overnight Manager, you are also responsible for: Food Safety; Internal Communication; Inventory Management; Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness; Managing Crew; Quality Food Production; Exceptional Customer Service; Safety and Security; Scheduling; Training.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • We’re looking for a positive team player who is available to work overnight (11pm-7am) and who has what it takes to run the demanding overnight shift in a fast-paced McDonald's environment.
  • You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
