We are looking for In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team and help bring our unique care philosophy to life. Our Homewatch CareGivers University provides training and resources to meet the needs of our clients and their specific health-related conditions. As an In-Home Caregiver you will provide a full scope of home care services, and be attentive to observations and changes in our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality in-home care and build meaningful relationships with clients
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, engaging home environment
• Utilize technology platforms and the Care App to track schedules, responsibilities, and communications with the office and family
• Continually grow your skill set through online training and on-going education

Requirements

• Must provide verification of any certifications held
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
• Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks and DMV checks
• Must meet quality standards of care and follow procedures for engaging with the care team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
